Why I need to exercise 7 days a week.

The following dishes are only part of 2 of our meals when I was in Shanghai & Hangzhou. Every meal we have about 6 cold dishes and 8 main courses. And there were 8 -9 of us at any 1 point.

This is pure overeating for 8 days. Every meal is like a wedding banquet to me. Now I feel overweight. Out of real fear of becoming overweight, I have started exercising since the I was back.

Boxercise on Fri, 5km run on Sat. Shall do some routine every single day. Anyone need exercise? Call me! Oh please let me lose all of them in 4 weeks max!
